Won’t let me log into my account

My signal went on my phone and I tried to log back in, and it won't let me.

I am not receiving emails back from them and there is no number to call.

I have money in my account, and looking at reviews, it looks like this happens more than once.

They are quick to take money and send a verification code to play, but very slow at resolving the problem.

I look forward to hearing back.

Withrawal Issue

I won £5.30 and had a £10 deposit, and I won through free spins. Today, I received a message saying it failed to go through.

I contacted you, and now when checking the balance, it says I have £10, and when going into pending transactions, it's telling me there aren't any or have ever been any. I just want my winnings, please.

So cant contact live support without closeling my game done. No ones answering email or phone.

I have been consistently trying to close a casino game for over 12 hours with no success and all Im trying to do is withdrawal some money which is not allowed until you close all open gaming sessions. Support has been completely unhelpful.

Theyve ignored my request. Theyve ended the chat on their end and I just dont see any resolve to this situation Quite unhappy, considering I was very much enjoying this website for a while.

Horrible customer service

I have been trying to deal with a withdrawal issue for over a month now .. They go days before replying, every reply is from a new person and starting the conversation all over again.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible.

I want my money and I will never play this casino again. I was so excited to try it, but now I am kicking myself.

I have sent you 5 emails without response. I don't have the correct photo ID, so I have locked my account pending verification, and I cannot sign in to chat to customer service.

But on the 29th of August, I deposited £10 into my account. You let me do this, then locked me out.

I was requesting a refund as I cannot acquire photo ID and didn't realize it was necessary. Can I have my deposit back, please?

It's about time this disgusting corrupted site needs investigating. Slots are rigged 100% and the promotion games are to.

The latest summer of spins game where you play monday to Sunday is RIGGED. I just played the game. I NEVER won a single free spin. I was just one away from either 50 or 15 free spins.

The *** are most likely losing a lot of customers. And trying to reel others in with these RIGGED promotions where you don't win anything anyway. I'm done with this DISGUSTING site. If you don't mind losing money?

And not winning ANYTHING?

Then this is just the site for you. Need I say more.
