My signal went on my phone and I tried to log back in, and it won't let me.
I am not receiving emails back from them and there is no number to call.
I have money in my account, and looking at reviews, it looks like this happens more than once.
They are quick to take money and send a verification code to play, but very slow at resolving the problem.

I won £5.30 and had a £10 deposit, and I won through free spins. Today, I received a message saying it failed to go through.
I contacted you, and now when checking the balance, it says I have £10, and when going into pending transactions, it's telling me there aren't any or have ever been any. I just want my winnings, please.

Require immediate assistance with a game glitch
I have been consistently trying to close a casino game for over 12 hours with no success and all Im trying to do is withdrawal some money which is not allowed until you close all open gaming sessions. Support has been completely unhelpful.

I have been trying to deal with a withdrawal issue for over a month now .. They go days before replying, every reply is from a new person and starting the conversation all over again.

I have sent you 5 emails without response. I don't have the correct photo ID, so I have locked my account pending verification, and I cannot sign in to chat to customer service.
But on the 29th of August, I deposited £10 into my account. You let me do this, then locked me out.
