You have locked my account because I was missing a deposit that I made, and stupidly said in a chat with an agent "that was the last of my money.. I meant in my account, I wasn't running to the bank in the middle of the night to make a deposit.

I withdrew £2500. There's meant to be a 24/7 live chat, but nobody responds.
In the deposit email, it asks for ID and proof of address; in the documents hub, it only asks for a bank card. My bank is with Revolut - my card is a virtual card.
Nobody emails back despite several attempts, and I don't understand what's happening with my withdrawal. The website is great and easy to access, and the games are good, but honestly, some advice: fix the customer service.

It has been very frustrating to change my email. I am unable to do so on the app and desktop version.
I was advised to send an email to support, from my new email, confirming I want to change and have heard nothing back. My ID verification keeps getting denied, and I am assuming the reason is being sent in an email to my old email address. To make matters worse, I have moved and changed my address.
In order to change my address in my profile, I have to provide my ID verification documents, which keep getting denied. This is very frustrating, as I cannot make withdrawals during this hamster wheel I am on.

So, I have sent screenshots of my virtual Visa from RBC in every possible way. It's not a physical card; it exists through my bank account and it only shows the numbers, not my name.
It's linked to my bank account. It had no problem taking my money, but when it comes to paying my winnings, it's a problem, of course.
