I have once again made a large withdrawal of £4k, which is under the threshold for extra checks, and the withdrawal should be completed in a few hours, which has passed! My last withdrawal of £20 was there instantly.

This is really infuriating that each time I make a withdrawal and email customer service, I get the template email response rather than them actually looking at my account and providing an update. From fiestymwah@***.com.

Unfortunately, when contacting up to 7 times daily on both Chat and email, if there are no further updates on your pending request then our Crew can only provide you with the same info but we do understand this can be frustrating. We kindly ask for a little patience for the process to be completed for larger amounts and we do let you know about this extra time frame in our Terms and Conditions point 8. Hi Jossee, Thanks for leaving a review and apologies for any misunderstanding. From the screen shots provided the spins were from our Reel Spinoffs which are slot tournaments where you receive spins on a selected game.

Any wins from those spins are x 100 to convert into points to place you on the ranking of the leaderboard. If you finish in a prize pool position, then you're a winner and receive an email letting you know the prize, watch out for it arriving and good luck!

I withdrew £2500. There's meant to be a 24/7 live chat, but nobody responds.

In the deposit email, it asks for ID and proof of address; in the documents hub, it only asks for a bank card. My bank is with Revolut - my card is a virtual card.

Nobody emails back despite several attempts, and I don't understand what's happening with my withdrawal. The website is great and easy to access, and the games are good, but honestly, some advice: fix the customer service.

When you register a PlayOJO account and before you can deposit, our system undergoes standard checks via the national database. From you here you are able to make deposits. It has been very frustrating to change my email. I am unable to do so on the app and desktop version.

I was advised to send an email to support, from my new email, confirming I want to change and have heard nothing back. My ID verification keeps getting denied, and I am assuming the reason is being sent in an email to my old email address. To make matters worse, I have moved and changed my address.

In order to change my address in my profile, I have to provide my ID verification documents, which keep getting denied. This is very frustrating, as I cannot make withdrawals during this hamster wheel I am on.

To be able to accept a document as Proof of ID this has to be valid and sadly we see that your Driving License expired on 30.12.2024, we do hope you have ordered a new one. We would be happy to accept a valid Passport or ID card for Proof of ID and this can be uploaded directly to your account for processing. Our Crew has been replying to your contact both via email and chat. Totally understand it must be frustrating when your have to change both email and postal address.

As instructed by our Crew for account security we kindly ask you to send us an email from your new address showing your old email address and attach a valid copy of your Proof of ID. Once this arrives we can make the changes for you Paul very quickly. With your address change kindly upload a new Proof of Address directly to your account, i.e. utility bill or bank statement.

Contact our Crew on chat to let them know the reason for the document and again your address will be updated as quickly as possible. Some people where paid. Most where not claiming a glitch in update.

I played for 8+ hours and this should have been resolved in first hour. Then to clear my account and take all winnings.

We reserve the right to remove all funds (or not pay the incorrectly displayed amount) from the Account that were incorrectly credited as well as any winnings subsequently won by using the incorrectly credited funds. Proof of ownership Virtual visa

So, I have sent screenshots of my virtual Visa from RBC in every possible way. It's not a physical card; it exists through my bank account and it only shows the numbers, not my name.

It's linked to my bank account. It had no problem taking my money, but when it comes to paying my winnings, it's a problem, of course.
