Accusations
I'm playing on your site for close to a year, and I want my money. I made withdrawals, one for $141 and another for $100, and then I wanted another $140.
Well, they refuse to do anything with that; they just put it back into Ojo, but they refuse to give me my money. They accused me of having an addiction. I don't have an addiction; I can walk away from this *** phone at any given time. I do not need it.
The reason why I wanted my money was to have a little extra money for when I had my grandkids, but Ojo screwed that all up and didn't give me my money.
So they still owe me $240, and I want it deposited into my account ASAP, or I will take this a lot further than I am doing right now. Ojo will not exist anymore.

Poor Customer Service
I contacted my bank manager met with him,my bank did a investigation proved no E Transfer was deposited,I contacted Gigadat the company they use to payout.I contacted customer service by email over 14 times ,I sent them all of the documents they requested,I still never received my winnings that I should have received

On Sept 28 th I won 4800.I was supposed to get a $4000. Withdraw sent to my bank auto deposit I never received the E Transfer to my bank.I.went to my Bank Manager and he had a investigation done Now it's October 17th and this still haven't been resolved .All the Casino has to do is cancel the Withdraw for $4000. And resend it.I told them it will go through as on October 1st I received a E Transfer from the Casino for $800.direct to my Bank Account
