On Sept 28 th I won 4800.I was supposed to get a $4000. Withdraw sent to my bank auto deposit I never received the E Transfer to my bank.I.went to my Bank Manager and he had a investigation done Now it's October 17th and this still haven't been resolved .All the Casino has to do is cancel the Withdraw for $4000. And resend it.I told them it will go through as on October 1st I received a E Transfer from the Casino for $800.direct to my Bank Account

I deposited an amount after using their site for a few weeks, and my account was blocked straight away. Customer service is slow and scripted; emails aren't great, and overall I'm fed up now. I just want the deposited amount back.

I lost the opportunity to withdraw money because of all the ID information that was requested. I tried several several times to upload ID documents and it never seemed to be enough. I had to upload duplicate documents several times before I received approval so instead of being more patient and waiting at one opportunity, I lost the ability to withdraw $500 and another time I lost the ability to withdraw $400.
