I withdrew £2500. There's meant to be a 24/7 live chat, but nobody responds.

In the deposit email, it asks for ID and proof of address; in the documents hub, it only asks for a bank card. My bank is with Revolut - my card is a virtual card.

Nobody emails back despite several attempts, and I don't understand what's happening with my withdrawal. The website is great and easy to access, and the games are good, but honestly, some advice: fix the customer service.

I've been trying for just under 48 hours now to help with my withdrawal. I've had no success.

I've tried to contact them again this morning but still haven't heard back and still haven't gotten anywhere with my withdrawal. I've sent all the documents they need as well, so I'm not very happy at all.
