Can't access account and want to withdraw what i have won and can't send id as can't log onto my account

I don't know. I was playing the game I always play and randomly just got a blocked message, something to do with Cloudflare.

I won 463 dollars, tried to withdraw 420. They said my withdrawal processed on January 21, 2026, but I have not received a single dollar. I tried to email and talk with the support chat; they did not help me one bit and said I should have the money, but I don't.

I haven't got photographic id and didn't know until after putting in the £10...I'm on other sites and don't have this problem. This person who answered the phone didn't want to help and told me he was not play oj

Possible lost bets and funds
Every time playing any live casino games I have trouble with the events freezing up and not being able to place my bets or sometimes the button freezes and my bets keep increasing, even though I want them to stop and then its too late to take back. it always seems to be that when they hit the bonus round everything freezes up.
It is very annoying and it has happened numerous times where if I had placed the bet I would have won big and sometimes the time runs out before my bets even take place. During the special event, I am not able to touch the screen such as placing aim on a certain item and not receiving the item I want. I believe I have lost a lot of money due to this issue and even though Im connected to Wi-Fi and all my browsers are closed, it continuously happens.
I have done everything they have said to fix the issue but every other casino app where I play the live event this does not happen. It only happens with Ojo and Ojo is my favourite site to play by far and I dont want a reason to stop placing my bets here.

I can’t withdraw my money in my account.
I can't get through via call. I'm calling regarding withdrawing money from my account.
It won't let me put in my card details even though I've given evidence of the correct card front and back and also shown transactions that come out of the account that I used to deposit money with you. I just want to get this resolved as it's my 10th attempt at trying to submit the correct card details to proceed with the withdrawal. All the documentation needed is below, and like I said, I've sent over everything you are asking.
Let's get this resolved, please.

So badly ran first of all, won't actually let you withdraw your winnings. I won $1309 and have tried all day to collect it and it got declined.
Even after I provided all my information! This is crazy, I feel so scammed by them.
